How I Work:
A Case Study
Motion Design can seem like a daunting task, but here isa case study where I'll be able to break it down for you when we're in touch about your project.
NOTE: Every project is different with it's own set of requirements, but this is a general approach I take when working together.
1:
Request and Research
Before we officially start, I must have a clear understanding of the kind of work you'd like and what exactly it's for. We should ideally have a call to discuss the project and what the expectations are as well as decide on the price.
For example, I conceived of this project for LinnWorks, a company that helps e-commerce platforms manage their businesses.

Cost and Planning

Once the research is complete and the expectations are understood, I can then provide a timesheet with blocks of time for specific stages in the project. Now this will give me and you a clear understanding of the timeframe of the project. Also, I will need the 1st half of payment by this time.

When the cost and planning is greenlit, as well as depending on the nature of the work expected, I'll come up with "test" mockups to ensure we're on the same page with the visual style of the project. I'll also provide a short script that touches on certain attributes or traits you'd like me to mention/emphasize about your business.

Production and Interim Presentation
As I work on the cutting of the footage, I'll send you rough animation sequences to preview the project to help you have a clear understanding of what to expect and provide feedback on the visual presentation. Please note that these previews will have a watermark over them for professionalism.

The Final Product!
Once the Final cut of the project is complete, I'll send you a private link to view it as well as an invoice for payment. Once the 2nd half of the payment is received, I'll remove the watermark and send a file sharing link to you to download the finalized project.
